Meatballs with vegetables in the dough

I prepared the dough first.

I mixed the mascarpone cream with the yolks, cream, vinegar.

I then put flour mixed with salt, pepper and baking powder.

I kneaded a homogeneous dough, covered it with foil and left it in the fridge for about an hour.

I prepared the meatball composition, mixing all the ingredients.

I used part of the composition raw, and from the other I fried meatballs.

I hardened the mushrooms with a little oil, I added the vegetables and greens.

I took the dough out of the fridge, first made some balls, which I spread and put the filling of the meatballs. I wrapped them in the form of balls and put them in the oven until they were browned, about 30 minutes.

From the rest of the dough, I spread a very thin sheet and cut circles with a bowl with a diameter of 18 cm.

I put vegetables and a meatball, I gathered like a ball and tied with silicone strap.

I put them in the oven for about 35 minutes.

Preferably served cold.
