Cauliflower au gratin

We clean the cauliflower, unwrap it in bouquets, wash it well and boil it in salted water.


Beat eggs, mix with grated cheese, sour cream, minced garlic, taste with salt and pepper.

Grease a heat-resistant form with butter and sprinkle it well with breadcrumbs.

Place the cauliflower in the greased bowl and pour the sauce over it.

On top, grate a little cheese and put it in the oven at 180 degrees C for 30-40 minutes until it browns nicely.
