Unwrap the broccoli in bunches and wash, if necessary, peel the stem and cut the slices. Peel a squash, grate it and cut it into small cubes.
Peel the onion and garlic and chop finely. Fry in oil until soft, then add the potatoes and broccoli and cook together for a few minutes.
Add the soup and sour cream, then cook covered for 10-15 minutes, until the potatoes and broccoli are soft.
