Grilled chicken wings

  • 12 chicken wings,
  • 3 tablespoons oil,
  • 1 kg of broccoli,
  • 1 cup sour cream,
  • 1 cup milk,
  • 200 g cheese,
  • salt pepper.

RECIPE PREPARATION Grilled chicken wings:

Season the chicken wings with salt and pepper and lightly fry in oil on both sides. Add the broken broccoli as small as possible and sprinkle everything with 50 ml of water. Put the pan in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees. Meanwhile, mix the milk with the cream and put the cheese on the large grater. After 20 minutes, pour the cream mixed with the milk and sprinkle the cheese. Put the pan back in the oven for another 15 minutes at 200 degrees. Serve hot and garnish with slices of tomatoes.
