Wash the potatoes and boil them in their skins

Pork schnitzel with baked potatoes

Beat each slice of meat well with a hammer / twister. This process will weaken and thin the slices of meat.

For the snipe mixture you need three pots. In the first bowl, mix the sifted flour together with 2 teaspoons of salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder and 1/2 teaspoon white pepper powder, 1/2 teaspoon paprika. In the second bowl, beat the eggs together with a pinch of salt until a little foam forms on the surface. In the third bowl put the breadcrumbs.
Roll a slice of meat in flour on all sides. Shake it well from the excess flour so that the crust does not come off when fried and then roll it in the egg. Drain well and finally roll it in breadcrumbs. Repeat for all slices.
