AMERICAN PANCAKES RECIPE WITH CHOCOLATE FLAKES

It is perhaps one of the most popular desserts, but also one of the tastiest: pancakes.

We grew up with them and, as adults, we love them just as much, so we choose to enjoy them either for breakfast, as a snack or as a dessert, after the main meal.

The French traditionally celebrate pancakes on February 2, when "La Chandeleur" turns into a sweet and fragrant day, in which pancakes are the star. Nor does Angia neglect this dessert, so they have a holiday known as & # 8220Pancake Tuesday & # 8221.

ingredients:

• 1 teaspoon baking soda

• 4 tablespoons chocolate flakes

Method of preparation:

In a bowl, beat eggs with sugar, with a whisk. Add melted butter, vanilla and lemon peel and then milk until smooth.

Separately, mix the flour with the salt, baking soda and flour, then put the dry mixture over the wet one, until incorporated.

Add the chocolate flakes and, after greasing the pan with a little butter, pour the first polish from the composition.

Enjoy the steaming portion of pancakes, along with fresh berries and maple syrup.

Pancakes with ganache

Pancakes at Panini Maker? That was my first question and I was not a little surprised when I googled what I can do with a Panville Maker Breville. In addition to preparing classic sandwiches with Panini Maker Breville you can also prepare sandwiches, hot and delicious, but also omelets, pancakes, meatballs or burgers.
Pancakes with ganache is a simple recipe, even easy to remember. Almost all ingredients start with the number 2, so you don't always have to look for the recipe.

Do you like the intense taste of chocolate? Then give it a try pancakes with ganache!

Pancakes with chocolate

At this time, I think some pancakes would work great. If they had someone to do them even better, if we don't do them :). The recipe below is the classic one with the mention that 100g of liquid chocolate is added to the dough.

  • 3 eggs
  • 200ml milk
  • 200ml mineral water
  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 small vial (Dr. Oetker) free of rum
  • about 300g flour (unfortunately I did not measure it)
  • 1 baking powder knife tip
  • a little grated lemon peel (optional)

Rub a little egg with the sugar, add the rum essence and then gradually milk, mineral water and flour mixed with baking powder until you get a flowing dough like a thin cream.

Separately, break the 100g pieces of chocolate in a bag, then squeeze it at one end and put it in hot water until it melts, then break the bag at one end and pour the chocolate into the dough, always stirring with a whisk.

Bake the pancakes in a non-stick pan (not to be surprised) and take them out on a plate.

We can serve them as such or with different fillings.

I mixed 500g of cottage cheese with lemon and orange peel, powdered sugar (about 3 tablespoons) and I put a banana cut into pieces.

I took the recipe from gotovim-doma.ru with modifications, from there I took the folding model below.

I hope you try them, in combination with cottage cheese they are delicious!

Pancakes with chocolate ganache and currant jam

The other day I received a challenge to test the Panini Maker sandwich machine from Breville - the top brand in the range of small kitchen appliances, present in over 50 countries, with a history of over 40 years in the field of toaster sandwiches.
I can tell you that I was amazed by the machine, I wouldn't have thought that a sandwich machine can do anything other than ordinary sandwiches.
And I'm going to make the most of it and test it with various dishes, sandwiches, pancakes, pies, cakes and various steaks or baked vegetables, etc.
For starters, I tested the classic pancake recipe, which I modeled either round or rectangular as the shape of the appliance.
I liked the speed with which they baked and the good part is that I didn't have to turn them back, so I got rid of their spinning in the air, and a plus is that I got rid of the heat given off by the stove flame.
So after the first test, I gave the maximum grade to my new help in the kitchen, which I highly recommend.

Let the dough rest for 10-15 minutes, during which time the air bubbles in the mineral water break, then connect Panini Maker Breville to the power supply and wait for the warning light to tell us when to spread the first pancake.
With a polish, pour the pancake dough into the tray of the appliance and quickly spread it with the back of the polish, giving the shape of the pancakes round or rectangular.

Put flour in a large bowl, then add eggs, salt, 1 tablespoon vanilla essence, oil and a little milk. Mix. Gradually add the milk, until you incorporate it all into the flour mixture. If the dough is too thick, then add more milk, and if it is too thin, add more flour.

With a napkin soaked in oil, wipe the surface of the pancake pan. This is what we must do after each pancake. With a polish, lightly pour the composition on the center of the pan. We have to leave the pancake for about 1 minute, until it bubbles on the surface, and then we have to turn it on the other side.

Break the chocolate into the right pieces, then melt it in a bain-marie. Put the mascarpone cream in a bowl (the cream should be at room temperature). We mix it for 1 minute. Add whipped cream, then add melted chocolate. Mix well. Cut slices of strawberries and after filling the pancakes with cream, add these slices.
