- 2 eggplants
- 2 zucchini
- 500 gr tomatoes

RECIPE PREPARATION Ratatouille:
The vegetables are cut into thin slices and then the zucchini and eggplant are placed between two plates and sprinkled with salt. Every few minutes they drain the leftover juice. Place in an alternative bowl the zucchini, eggplant, tomato, put crushed garlic, olive oil, spices, cover with foil or lid and bake for about 40 minutes after which we uncover and let it brown on top.
