I cut the wings in half, then seasoned them with salt, pepper, paprika and thyme.
I massaged them lightly, then powdered them with flour.
Peeled vegetables, I cut them into small pieces / slices.

After they were lightly browned on all sides, I took out the wings on a plate and in the same oil I added onions.

After 2-3 minutes, I added the potatoes, hot peppers and wine, then enough water to cover the potatoes.
I let the appliance finish the FRY program, then I added the wings to the pot, I tasted it with salt, pepper, thyme.
I also set STEW for 20 minutes.
When the program was over, I unplugged the appliance, and added sour cream and finely chopped green dill over the paprika.
I served the hot paprika, the family adding each cream.
