Omelet with dill

It's the favorite way to eat omelets. A quick and tasty breakfast!

  • 4 eggs
  • a bunch of dill
  • 100 gr cheese
  • spices: chili, salt and pepper powder

Servings: 2

Preparation time: less than 15 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Omelette with dill:

Add the spices, chopped dill and grated cheese in "unwrapped" eggs. Homogenize the composition and bake it in a pan with a thick bottom, and greased with oil or butter, so as not to burn. When the omelette starts to stick to the pan, with a wooden spatula, inserted up to the middle of the pan, we easily detach it so that it doesn't break.
