INGREDIENT:

-4 g or 2/3 teaspoon of salt

-1/2 teaspoon baking powder

-70 ml of odorless vegetable oil

-60 g of sesame (or sesame + flax seeds).

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

1. In a bowl pour lukewarm water and add salt. Stir until the salt dissolves.

2. Add the oil and incorporate the wheat flour mixed with the baking powder. Finally add the sesame and flax seeds.

3. Mix well and continue to knead for about 1-2 minutes. Cover the dough with a bowl and let it rest for 20-30 minutes.

4. Cut the dough into 2 equal parts and roll out each ball. To do this, take the baking paper and cut it to the size of the tray. Then overlap the dough and continue to spread.

5. Transfer the dough to the baking paper and with the help of a pizza knife cut into squares and stick with a fork. Do the same with the second ball.

6. Place in the preheated oven at 180 ° C for 25-30 minutes.
