The vegetables are washed, cleaned and cut, starting with the julienned onion, the square peppers, the castrates and the round radishes, the leurda is cut into 1-2 cm pieces, the green onion and the cabbage are chopped and added to the other vegetables, at finally add the cherry tomatoes. Cut the chicken breast into cubes and mix with the vegetables, to improve the taste of the salad, add 20-30 grams of sunflower kernels.

Make the dressing: olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pour over the salad 30 minutes before serving.

For an interesting design, put lettuce leaves and leurda on the plate, put a round (rectangular) shape in the middle and fill it with the prepared salad, to have a beautiful shape and to delight the eye.

For the design, place crushed walnut kernels on the edge of the plate.

Ingredients: 1 kg of rascovi (sponges), 1 capsicum, 1 donut, 3 red onions (slices), 10 black olives (pitted), 7 cloves garlic, 150 g white beans in tomato sauce (Vernet), 1 teaspoon salt, 1/3 teaspoon pepper, 1/2 teaspoon thyme, 1/2 hot pepper, 5-6 strands of freshly chopped parsley, 3 tablespoons vinegar (9 degrees), 2 tablespoons oil.

1. The stalks are cleaned, the piece of foot that was in the ground is removed.

2. Wash whole stalks in 4-5 drops. Boil in boiling water. After boiling for 20-25 minutes, remove and rinse in 2-3 cold waters.

3. Drain in a sieve for about 20 minutes. We cut the stalks faithfully and put them in a bowl. Cut the julienne onion, pepper and donut into very thin strips.

4. Add 150 g of white beans to the tomato sauce.

5. Season with salt, pepper, thyme, chop the parsley, add the oil and vinegar and mix. We serve!

Fry in a pan with a small amount of vegetable oil.

Wash and dry vegetables and greens.

In a bowl cut into red slices, peppers and onion plates.

Add chopped greens and lettuce.

  8. The dressing obtained is poured over the potato salad with mushrooms and egg and is matched with salt and pepper, if necessary.
  9. Festive potato salad with mushrooms and egg is decorated according to preference. I chose to grease some forms of mini guguluf with oil, press the salad (with a teaspoon) well in them, then carefully turn it over on the plate. I decorated with Kalamata mushroom paste and green dill.
