bag (10 oz) Cascadian Farm™ frozen sliced organic peaches
teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
teaspoon almond or vanilla extract
Add peaches, water, sugar, cornstarch, nutmeg, cinnamon, and salt to a saucepan.
Bring to a boil, and cook for one minute. Remove from heat, and add vanilla or almond extract.

Give them a toast on the grill and top them with a little scoop of whipped cream. Heaven in cone shape. The best part? You can have everything ready to go before you leave home.Start by grabbing some bags of frozen fruit from Cascadian Farms™. I used peach and raspberry, but this works with any fruit that you choose. Blueberries are also really good.To make my peach sauce, put the peaches in a saucepan with water, sugar, cornstarch, nutmeg, cinnamon, and salt. Bring the mixture to a boil, remove from heat. Add almond extract. That’s it. Totally easy, right? Do the same with the raspberries and you are in business.Before you leave home, put your toppings in jars with a screw lid. I had sliced almonds, chocolate chips, crushed chocolate cookies, marshmallows, Cascadian Farms granola, and lots of whipped cream.
